If remember the password- 

  • Go to the Magento back-end > System > Permissions > All users.

  • Choose the user you need to change the password for 

  • Fill in the new password and confirm. In place of current user identification, type current password and save.

If don’t remember the password- 

  • Go to the admin panel >Click forget password >Fill in the email address (register with Magento) and retrieve the password.

  • Open the attached link in your mail and reset the password.

System > permission > user > Click user > user roles > correct the access

  • For creating a new customer group- Go to the main menu > Customer > Customer group > Add new customer group > Fill the group name > Select the tax class > Website wants to exclude> Save
